SportXwear Return & Refund Policy

At SportXwear, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in the quality of our products and our commitment to customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, and in the original condition with all original tags and packaging.
  • Custom Orders: Due to the personalized nature of custom uniforms and teamwear, customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or a mistake on our part.
  • Return Process:
    1. Contact our support team at support@sportxwear.com with your order number and reason for return.
    2. Wait for a return authorization and instructions.
    3. Ship the item back using a trackable service. (Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.)

Refunds

  • Approval: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Processing: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
  • Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be issued for items not in original condition, missing parts, or returned after the 14-day window.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email support@sportxwear.com within 3 days of delivery. Include photos of the issue and your order number, and we will work to resolve the problem promptly.
